About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate personnel data, coordinating onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to employment regulations, and assisting with HR-related inquiries across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support payroll coordination and timesheet tracking
- Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
- Track employment documentation and visa requirements
- Schedule and organize HR-related meetings and trainings
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR processes
- Manage internal HR communications and announcements
- Support performance review cycles and documentation
- Track employee leave and time-off requests
- Assist in maintaining company handbooks and policies
- Facilitate background checks and reference verifications
- Monitor compliance with employment regulations
- Support offboarding procedures for departing employees
- Generate HR reports for leadership and compliance purposes
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel data
- Work with external vendors on HR-related services
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
