Bankjoy is seeking a Senior People Operations & Talent Partner to own day-to-day people operations and provide recruiting support for our team. You will be the go-to partner for employees, run core experiences like onboarding and offboarding, and optimize our HR tools and processes to support our mission of revolutionizing banking tech infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Own onboarding & offboarding end-to-end and continuously improve the experience and workflows.
- Act as internal customer support by answering employee questions, resolving issues, and ensuring people feel supported.
- Become an expert in HRIS and recruiting tools and help optimize how we use them.
- Own employee engagement programs and team experiences that foster connection, recognition, and belonging across a remote-first workforce.
- Support other HR, compliance, and administrative projects as necessary.
- Flex into recruiting as needed, including coordinating hiring workflows, preliminary interviews, maintaining ATS hygiene, scheduling, and supporting candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years combined experience in People Operations / HR Ops / Recruitment / HR Generalist / Talent Operations (or similar) at a software company.
- Meaningful exposure to recruiting. You can confidently run the mechanics of a search when needed.
- Experience working in an ATS.
- Ability to learn complex software systems independently and improve workflows using automation where possible.
- You’re a tenacious problem solver with strong ownership and follow-through.
Nice to Have
- Experience at a high-growth startup is a huge plus.
- Experience with Rippling is a huge plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bonus if experience with Ashby ATS.
