Natuvion GmbH is hiring a People Development Specialist (m/w/d) to develop and implement foundational strategies for skill and performance management. You will play a key role in shaping careers and culture within our growing organization, designing programs from the ground up in an interface function.
What You'll Do
- Develop, design, and implement skill and performance management strategies from the ground up.
- Actively co-develop a sustainable, long-term strategy for skill and performance management.
- Support the Global Lead Development & Performance in implementing Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Continuously develop and enhance all feedback and performance cycles for the organization.
- Develop and implement global career paths in close cooperation with respective country teams.
- Co-design a sustainable further training catalog for the entire Natuvion Group.
- Develop, test, and introduce tailored feedback formats.
- Act as a designer across all areas, creating and introducing programs for development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in human resources development with a strong passion for shaping careers and culture.
- Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with PowerPoint to bring ideas to life through compelling presentations.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro or Kanvas for knowledge exchange.
