GE HealthCare is hiring a Program Manager - Nuclear Cardiology to spearhead the launch of a new product in this emerging category. In this role, you will lead the integrated efforts of cross-functional teams to bring this critical healthcare solution to market. You will ensure effective collaboration, prioritization, and timely execution across all launch activities to meet our business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, regulatory, medical, and supply chain to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines, deliverables, and key milestones for a successful product launch.
- Work with functional leads to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and business goals.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues that could impact the launch timeline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure all launch aspects adhere to regulatory requirements and corporate quality standards.
- Evaluate project success post-launch, document lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future launches.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, including regulatory and market access environments.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing across functions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Project management experience in med tech, life science, or pharma product launches.
