Responsibilities
- Complete oversight of designated balance sheet and income statement accounts from start to finish
- Create and maintain accurate account reconciliations supported by strong financial analysis
- Carry out month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks with precision and timeliness
- Identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and recommend corrective measures
- Handle audit-related requests independently with minimal guidance
- Support internal and external financial reporting obligations
- Keep well-organized, audit-compliant documentation and working papers
- Contribute actively to improving processes through standardization, automation, and AI integration
- Work closely with teams in Treasury, Payroll, FP&A, and other departments to resolve accounting issues
