At Novakid School, we're looking for a Client Support Manager / Sales Manager (Romania) to provide vital support to our users. In this role, you will ensure a smooth learning experience by resolving technical and support issues that arise during lessons, all within a remote work environment.
What You'll Do
- Support users in Romanian by solving problems that arise during the lesson.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Romanian at an Advanced level (at least C1/C2).
- Knowledge of English at least at a B2 level (C1+ is better).
- Experienced PC user.
- Strong sense of responsibility and care.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking effectively.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in a support role.
