About the Role

Flipster is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and coach to our leadership team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing HR programs that enhance employee experience and directly contribute to our business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on people-related issues
  • Develop and implement programs in talent management, performance, and employee development
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership, team effectiveness, and conflict resolution
  • Analyze people metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Contribute to the design of a positive and inclusive company culture

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employment law, employee relations, and talent management
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels
  • Experience using data to inform and support people decisions
