Marigold Health is looking for a Certified Peer Specialist to provide vital peer support services remotely from anywhere within Delaware. In this role, you will leverage your personal experience and training to connect with and support individuals on their recovery journey.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one and group peer support services to individuals.
- Use your lived experience to foster hope, self-determination, and connection.
- Model recovery principles and assist individuals in developing personal wellness plans.
- Collaborate within a care team to support holistic client goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of peer support interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Active certification as a Peer Specialist in the state of Delaware.
- Personal lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery.
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively in a remote setting.
- Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You must be physically located within the state of Delaware to provide services. All work is conducted from your home office.
