Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand team dynamics and support organizational goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in India
- Lead investigations into workplace concerns with fairness and confidentiality
- Support performance review cycles and talent development initiatives
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within teams
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits inquiries
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support change management initiatives during organizational transitions
- Foster a positive work environment through proactive engagement
- Partner with HR colleagues to roll out learning and development programs
- Advocate for employee well-being and mental health resources
- Ensure consistent application of company values in people practices
- Coordinate with external vendors and legal advisors when needed
- Assist in preparing HR reports for leadership review
- Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
- Stay updated on evolving HR practices and Indian employment legislation
