About the Role
The People & Culture Manager will oversee human resources functions with a focus on employee experience, organizational development, and cultural alignment. This position ensures HR practices are strategic, compliant, and supportive of long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration
- Oversee performance management processes and related documentation
- Handle employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and managers
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
- Administer employee benefits and answer related inquiries
- Manage leave programs, including parental, sick, and vacation policies
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization
- Draft and update HR policies and employee handbooks
- Coordinate annual surveys and action planning based on results
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Assist in compensation planning and job evaluations
- Foster open communication between teams and leadership
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Champion learning and development opportunities
- Maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters
- Collaborate with external vendors and legal advisors when needed
- Contribute to long-term workforce planning
