The People & Culture Coordinator will provide administrative HR support to our international team, offering opportunities to develop core Human Resources competencies. We seek a personable, enthusiastic professional interested in payroll, benefits, and compliance, with strong curiosity and empathy. Responsibilities include: Recruitment & On/Offboarding: - Manage new employee onboarding processes - Coordinate pre-employment screenings - Support termination procedures Administrative & Record Keeping: - Maintain confidential employee records - Generate routine HR reports - Coordinate company events and training - Prepare HR documentation Compliance: - Ensure adherence to employment regulations - Support documentation audits - Submit mandatory compliance reports Benefits & Engagement: - Administer employee benefits programs - Support performance management - Assist with payroll processing - Coordinate team engagement activities Qualifications: - 1+ year customer-facing experience - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field - Tech/media experience preferred - Exceptional discretion and judgment - Strong problem-solving skills - Multicultural collaboration abilities - Excellent communication - Detail-oriented - Technical proficiency - Eastern/Central time zone residence Benefits: - Comprehensive health insurance - 401K with company match - Fully paid parental leave - Technology stipends - Wellness reimbursements - Flexible work hours - Unlimited PTO - Annual in-person event Compensation Range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually We are committed to creating an inclusive environment celebrating diverse backgrounds, viewpoints, and experiences.
