About the Role

This role provides essential support to the people and culture function, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience through administrative coordination, data management, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding new employees with administrative and cultural integration tasks
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training and team development sessions
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll and benefits administration processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures
  • Help organize company events and internal engagement activities
  • Track employee lifecycle data and update HR systems
  • Facilitate communication between employees and HR leadership
  • Assist in performance review cycles and feedback collection
  • Manage employee records in compliance with data privacy standards
  • Coordinate logistics for remote and in-office team members
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Prepare reports on workforce metrics and engagement trends
  • Contribute to the development of internal HR communications
  • Assist in policy implementation and compliance tracking
  • Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback tools
  • Support leave management and accommodation processes
  • Organize recognition programs and milestone celebrations
  • Ensure consistency in cultural messaging across teams
  • Liaise with external vendors for employee services
  • Maintain office culture resources and internal knowledge bases
  • Track workforce demographics for reporting purposes
  • Assist in conflict resolution and employee relations support
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Support leadership with people-related data and insights
