About the Role

apply is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to be a key driver in scaling our global fintech startup across the Saudi market. You will directly partner with senior leadership to shape people operations, culture, and compliance, while implementing global HR programs locally. This high-visibility role offers strategic advisory, hands-on execution, and culture-building for a company expanding across 20+ countries.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary HR advisor for Saudi-based leadership and teams, supporting workforce growth and day-to-day people operations.
  • Localize and implement global HR policies in full compliance with Saudi labor laws (GOSI, Nitaqat, etc.).
  • Partner with the global People & Culture team to roll out core programs including onboarding, performance management, learning, and engagement.
  • Support recruitment efforts for the Saudi market, including job design, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Champion our culture and values by organizing internal events, feedback loops, and wellness initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and processes operate smoothly.
  • Support people analytics, reporting, and tracking key workforce KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of HR experience.
  • At least 3 years in tech, startups, or high-growth companies.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Strong, practical understanding of Saudi labor law and modern HR practices.
  • Confident communicator who can effectively engage with all levels of the business.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English — both written and spoken.
  • A natural problem solver with a bias for action and a high standard of excellence.
