Mercier Consultancy is hiring for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative role focused on supporting our Danish-speaking clients. This is an entry-level position requiring no prior experience, and we offer a comprehensive, fully paid relocation to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products and services.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Collect feedback to enhance customer experience and report to management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- No prior customer service experience is needed.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Willingness to adapt to a new culture and relocate to Greece.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as necessary to meet customer needs.
