About the Role

Jasper is hiring a People Business Partner to play a critical role in supporting our leadership team, developing our talent, and shaping our culture. In this role, you will blend sophisticated knowledge of HR, talent management, and organizational development to build lasting, foundational people programs that support a culture of high performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with leaders and managers across the organization.
  • Provide strategic guidance and serve as a trusted advisor on people-related challenges, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the People team to design and align processes and systems with business needs.
  • Support the development and execution of talent strategies and programs, including performance management processes, career growth paths, and talent acquisition.
  • Help design and execute learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression in an AI-first environment.
  • Build employee engagement initiatives that promote retention and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze workforce metrics, employee feedback, and performance data to inform the development of foundational people programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and form targeted development interventions.
  • Create and maintain systems that support continuous feedback and professional growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years experience working in HR.
  • At least 4 years as an HRBP or People Partner.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with a proven track record in building meaningful relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment, with adaptability to embrace changes in focus and direction.
  • Solid understanding of core HR disciplines, including performance and talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Steadfast aptitude toward keeping confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
  • A strong drive for project management and effectiveness at driving results.
  • Comfort and fluency integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows on the People team.

Team & Environment

This role reports to the Director, HR Business Partner.

  • Compensation range: $140,000 - $165,000.
