Responsibilities
- Provide immediate guidance on employee relations, performance concerns, and team interactions as the go-to advisor for managers.
- Review and refine performance-related documentation such as improvement plans and annual evaluations, while creating practical resources to strengthen managerial capability.
- Lead the full lifecycle of key people initiatives including performance cycles, merit increases, promotions, and employee engagement assessments.
- Manage configuration and reporting in Culture Amp, delivering clear data insights and executive-level reports to shape people strategies.
- Convert leadership principles and internal methodologies into structured, accessible tools and materials for organization-wide use.
- Oversee employment administration for nearshore team members through the Globalization Partners platform, handling contracts, compensation adjustments, and role changes.
- Lead onboarding efforts focused on cultural integration, ensuring new employees quickly connect with the organization’s mission and values.

$125,000 - $140,000
