Pfizer is looking for a Pediatric Vaccines Health & Science Professional to represent our Vaccines Portfolio across customers and channels in the Akron, OH area. In this field-based role, you will be accountable for launching new products, managing business relationships, securing formulary access, and driving product promotion through regular live and virtual customer engagement.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales in your assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
- Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, identifying live and virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and relationships using judgment and digital tools to maintain customer engagement.
- Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge using approved clinically oriented information and patient resources.
- Demonstrate market knowledge, uncovering barriers and drivers across relevant business channels like Public Health, Private Market, and Retail.
- Collaborate effectively and compliantly with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical and Account Management.
- Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly, such as entering customer calls and submitting expenses.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience in areas such as Professional Sales, Marketing, Customer Service/Account Management, Healthcare/Scientific roles (RN, Pharmacist, etc.), Education, or Full-Time Military service.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
Nice to Have
- At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing experience.
- Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, outstanding communication skills, and demonstrated teamwork and leadership.
- Experience with Vaccines therapeutic areas and products.
- Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Residing within the territory boundaries.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical and Account Management teams, to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.

- Compensation range: $73,100 - $227,900

Work Mode
