Ivy Rehab is hiring a Pediatric ABA Clinic Director & Partner to launch and lead a new Ivy Rehab for Kids outpatient ABA clinic in Lorton, Virginia. In this role, you will focus on clinical leadership and patient care while partnering with Ivy Rehab, which manages business operations, marketing, and scaling.
What You'll Do
- Lead and operate a new outpatient ABA clinic.
- Focus on providing patient care and clinical leadership.
- Grow and manage a team of clinicians.
- Participate in regional leadership training and mentorship.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
- Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
Nice to Have
- Pediatric experience.
