Paytm is looking for a sales leader to manage field sales operations in Kota, Rajasthan. You will focus on expanding our footprint with offline merchants and accelerating QR code adoption through hands-on business development and team management.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the field sales team's operations and activities
- Drive business development with a focus on acquiring and engaging offline merchants
- Oversee and promote the adoption of QR code payment solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Strong background in business development, preferably in financial technology or mobile payments
- Deep understanding of the offline merchant ecosystem and experience driving digital payment adoption
- Ability to operate effectively in a field sales environment
