We're on the hunt for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who's strategic, curious, and laser-focused on customers. You'll be the storytelling powerhouse behind our data-centric product portfolio, translating complex technical capabilities into narratives that'll make our market position sing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Storytelling & Positioning: Craft messaging that doesn't just describe our data products, but connects them directly to the real-world problems our customers are wrestling with.
  • Strategic Business Impact: Design and execute product marketing strategies that move serious business needles — we're talking revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption. You'll use performance data to continuously optimize and guide our roadmap.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional GTM strategies for multiple products, ensuring every team is aligned and ready to crush their targets.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Leverage tools like Gong, Seismic, Pendo, and Tableau to decode buyer behavior, message effectiveness, and market dynamics — then translate those insights into actionable strategies.
  • Product Partnership: Work hand-in-glove with Product Management to shape roadmaps based on market intelligence, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
  • Customer & Market Research: Own voice-of-customer initiatives and competitive analysis to fuel our strategic direction.
  • Enablement & Evangelism: Create sales enablement content and training that gives our field team serious confidence and boosts close rates.
  • Content Strategy: Team up with Marketing to develop high-impact content and campaigns that engage and convert our target audiences.
Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data/analytics platforms
  • Proven track record of go-to-market plans that drove measurable revenue, retention, or adoption outcomes
  • Experience marketing data, analytics, or technically complex products to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using Tableau, Pendo, Gong, Seismic, Salesforce, and product analytics platforms
  • Exceptional storytelling skills — turning technical complexity into compelling narratives
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we're sharing that the base salary range for this position is $125,600 - $188,400, not including potential bonuses or benefits. You'll also be eligible for a 10% annual corporate bonus. Your final compensation will depend on skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. The range represents the full spectrum, but hiring at the maximum isn't typical — we want room for your continued growth.

Location

Payscale has an employee centric remote-first model that provides you the flexibility to do your best work in a space that supports you, while also finding time to collaborate in person for the moments that matter. In our remote-first model, employees can work from the location that works best for them. We do not have centralized corporate offices. Employees can choose to work from home, in company-paid co-working spaces, or any combination of the two that best suits their unique needs.

When it matters (usually no more than a few times a year) we take the time to gather for in-person events.
