Tready is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll & Timekeeping Administrator to ensure accurate and compliant employee timekeeping. You will play a critical role in auditing records and preparing data for payroll processing.
What You'll Do
- Review and proof employee timecards for accuracy and completeness
- Identify attendance concerns, discrepancies, and policy violations
- Adjust time entries as needed in accordance with company policies
- Generate and run timekeeping and attendance reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee time and attendance records
- Communicate clearly with managers and staff regarding timecard corrections
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Prior payroll or timekeeping experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently
- Able to start immediately
Nice to Have
- Proofing or auditing timecards experience
