Restaurant365 is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to join our Customer Success - Workforce department. This remote role focuses on ensuring accurate and compliant payroll tax operations for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Manage federal, state, and local payroll tax filings and payments
- Research and resolve payroll tax discrepancies and notices
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Support customers with tax-related questions and issues
- Maintain accurate tax setup and configuration within the payroll system
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in payroll tax administration and compliance
- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws and filing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills for customer and internal team interactions
