Company is hiring a Payroll Specialist to take ownership of key payroll processes and service delivery. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of systems and legislation to identify trends, lead operations-focused tasks, and work collaboratively across internal teams and with business partners to resolve issues.

What You'll Do

Manage payroll queries from employees, managers, and HR partners in a timely and professional manner.
Correctly administer payroll processes.
Manage service delivery metrics related to outsourced payroll.
Lead Payroll Service Delivery teams and/or their operations.
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
Convey performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Use judgment to propose solutions outside of set parameters to address day-to-day problems.
Prioritize information for data analysis using technical experience and analytical thinking.

What We're Looking For

Advanced experience in Human Resources & Payroll and Benefits Service Delivery.
Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
Proficiency in the English language.
