The Payroll Coordinator will oversee the payroll process for employees in the North America and Canada (NAMER) region at XTREME GRAPHICS LIMITED, serving as the primary contact for payroll-related questions and ensuring compliance and efficiency in a fast-paced tech environment. This role works closely with external payroll agencies and internal People and Finance teams to support seamless operations.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the timely processing of payroll for all US and Canada-based employees
- Cooperate with external payroll agencies, providing them with all necessary data and updates
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding payroll questions
- Administer the company's option plan
- Prepare standard and ad hoc reports
- Support audits and review processes
- Work closely with People and Finance teams to improve processes for compliance and efficiency
- Think critically about how to work #smarter in payroll operations
What We're Looking For
- Have experience as a payroll coordinator or in a similar role (2-3 years)
- Have attention to detail and the ability to work with deadlines
- Love to work with people and be the 'go-to' person to solve issues
- Have base knowledge of US and Canadian labor law
- Be able to effectively cooperate with external advisors to find the best solutions
