Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level assistance for payroll inquiries from Germany and Switzerland, strictly following local tax and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the regional expert for all payroll products, keeping stakeholders informed of updates, delays, or changes in the assigned area.
- Serve as primary contact for urgent issues and customer escalations, participating in video calls to resolve problems efficiently.
- Independently manage and resolve escalated customer cases with speed and precision.
- Partner closely with teams such as Customer Experience and Payroll Operations to ensure high-quality support and adherence to service level agreements.
- Deliver premium support to designated clients, focusing on rapid resolution and high satisfaction.
