Hydro | Global is looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for executing and controlling payroll processing, contributing to time management, and supporting month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Execute and control payroll processing
- Contribute to the further development and automation of payroll systems
- Collaborate in time management processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing as well as reporting activities
- Serve as a contact person for various concerns from our leadership and employees
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a payroll accountant
- Completed payroll accountant certification
- Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, and wage tax law
- Accurate, structured, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills, good powers of expression, and confident demeanor
