Reckitt's Shared Services Centre is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join its HR Team. You'll dive into a data-driven environment to provide insights that shape the HR landscape, support informed decision-making, and drive innovation in HR strategies through analytical thinking.
What You'll Do
- Collect and validate payroll inputs within defined cut-off timelines and process payroll with high accuracy.
- Review attendance, time data, and exception reports, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform variance analysis and apply payroll controls to ensure accuracy in payslip generation.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement for assigned countries.
- Address and resolve employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to local statutory compliance, labor laws, and audit requirements.
- Manage payroll reports and coordinate with Finance and HR for audits and reconciliations.
- Support benefit-related deductions (e.g., superannuation, salary sacrifice, novated lease) as applicable by country.
- Maintain and update payroll calendars in alignment with fiscal timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll documentation and process SOPs.
- Support process improvements, automation, and standardization.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of payroll experience, preferably in a shared services or multi-country setup.
- Experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator, or similar role, supporting one or more countries in the SOA, ANZ, or AME regions (e.g., South Africa, Nigeria, Egypt, India, Australia).
- Exposure to one or more payroll systems/vendors, such as ADP, NGA (Alight), or Dayforce.
- Understanding of full-cycle payroll processes, including new hires, exits, promotions, and F&F settlements.
- Familiarity with local payroll regulations and statutory requirements in supported countries.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence for payroll service partners.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for payroll calculations and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
- Highly initiative-taking and directed.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in HR systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
