WPT Global is looking for a Payments Solutions Integrations Manager to lead the technical integration and optimization of payment methods across our international markets. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless transactional experience for our players.
What You'll Do
- Integrate and optimise new payment methods end-to-end — from reviewing integration documentation and testing credentials to full production rollout.
- Collaborate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and our gateway partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Manage the go-live process, ensuring all payment methods are fully tested, approved, and ready for customers.
- Work alongside engineers to configure routing and cashier logic for optimal player journeys.
- Oversee the technical relationship with third-party payment suppliers and gateways.
- Monitor live payment performance, routing rules, and system health — identifying and resolving transactional issues in real time.
- Partner with the product team to develop and enhance WPT Global’s in-house payment gateway module.
- Stay up to date on industry innovations, compliance trends, and competitor offerings to inform continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with online payment solutions in iGaming, fintech, or digital commerce.
- Hands-on experience with DevCode or similar payment orchestration platforms.
- Strong understanding of PSP integrations, transaction lifecycles, and routing logic.
- Confident working with technical documentation and leading UAT/go-live cycles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for transactional anomalies or failures.
- Able to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, compliance, and support teams.
- Excellent communication skills — both technical and non-technical.
