What You'll Do
Oversee the complete journey of payment service products, from initial planning through to implementation and release. Ensure all delivery activities support strategic business outcomes and meet customer expectations for quality and performance.
Lead release planning by aligning resources, managing dependencies, and confirming team readiness to enable consistent and reliable product launches. Monitor progress across timelines, quality benchmarks, and resource allocation, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive delivery roadmaps that span every phase of the product lifecycle. Identify potential risks early, coordinate mitigation efforts, and maintain visibility into critical factors such as assumptions, dependencies, and blockers.
Use customer feedback and operational data to refine delivery practices and improve overall product outcomes. Foster strong collaboration between technology teams, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of direct experience in payment services, with a focus on card issuing and transaction systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
- Proven track record delivering products using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, and SAFe, with an emphasis on iterative development
- Deep familiarity with payment technologies including in-store processing, POS/ECR systems, gateways, eCommerce platforms, and acquiring infrastructure
- Professional background in Fintech or Banking institutions is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of MADA regulations is highly beneficial
Technical Environment
Work within an ecosystem that includes Scrum-based Agile delivery, DevOps pipelines, SAFe practices, POS and ECR integrations, payment gateway services, and core banking and acquiring platforms.
