EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner fluent in German to join our dynamic team. The role involves business analysis, close collaboration with client stakeholders and the development team, and requires readiness to travel to client sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for workshops. The position offers flexibility to work remotely from within the EU or from our offices in Athens or Thessaloniki.
What You'll Do
- Being involved in business analysis and collaborating closely with client stakeholders and the development team
- Analyzing, refining, and documenting user and system requirements
- Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Leading workshops and decision-making process
- Perform software testing
- Perform user training
- Handling 3rd-level support requests
- Maintaining documentation
- Participating in project management and reporting activities
What We're Looking For
