GetResponse is looking for a Junior Product Manager to support projects focused on enhancing the customer journey and product development. You will work closely with the development team and the Head of Product Growth to deliver valuable features and a great experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Provide operational support for the Product Management team.
- Support product backlog management.
- Facilitate agile team ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, refinements, and project meetings.
- Run exploratory testing of developed solutions.
- Monitor the quality and performance of released features.
- Track and report key product KPIs.
- Support product growth research, including competitive analysis, benchmarking, and quantitative and qualitative user analysis.
- Build basic analytical dashboards in tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a product, project, or operations role.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog and task management.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
- Ability to facilitate team ceremonies like stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Polish and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Basic experience with Jira, Scrum, Agile, and AI researches.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Basic understanding of growth concepts such as acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.
- Experience conducting competitive research or user analysis.
- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and SaaS environments.
- Experience running product experiments and reporting results.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and GetResponse.
- A university degree or currently completing one.

Team & Environment
You will work closely with the development team and the Head of Product Growth, supporting the leading Product Manager and IT team. You will report directly to the Head of Product Growth.
