Stedi is hiring a Payer Strategy & Operations - Enrollments specialist to own the end-to-end transaction enrollment operation. You will lead the systems, automations, communications, and payer interactions that create a seamless enrollment experience for our customers and their providers. This role combines deep operational execution with a product-oriented approach to scale.

What You'll Do

Lead the day-to-day operations of the transaction enrollments program.
Interface daily with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers to get enrollments approved, improve systems, and scale the operation.
Create and grow a content management system of payer-specific enrollment steps and feed those steps back into the product and system.
Collaborate with product to define and ship requirements to improve the enrollments product, both externally and internal tooling.
Measure system performance by defining metrics and driving them to levels not achieved by other clearinghouses.
Troubleshoot enrollment issues, solve root causes, and manage customer-related escalations relating to missing ERAs.

What We're Looking For

Experience building operational processes and programs.
Exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously; hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough.
Experience in externally facing/client-facing roles; ideally within consulting, support, implementation and onboarding, or program management.
A systems mindset; able to intuitively understand gaps as you work through implementations and articulate them to product, payer operations, and engineering.
Resourceful, self-motivating, self-disciplined, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
Ability to move quickly, match organizational pace, respond with urgency, communicate proactively, and ask for help or feedback.
