Responsibilities
- Investigate, record, and keep current payer-specific rules for system setup and integration.
- Maintain and revise fee schedules tied to assigned insurance contracts.
- Assist in launching new services by working closely with clinical operations teams.
- Act as the main联络 point for designated payers on contract and billing matters.
- Collaborate with departments such as Contract Administration, Revenue Cycle, and IT to align contract terms with operational execution.
- Develop and sustain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Find and apply improvements in workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new team members.
- Help create consistent policies, procedures, and training resources.
- Work across departments including Credentialing, Billing, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Call Centers to integrate contracts effectively.
- Provide data insights and reporting to guide business decisions and contracting strategies.
