Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical or health sciences discipline such as nursing, pharmacy, or respiratory therapy.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- At least one year of professional experience focused on healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and report healthcare data trends.
- Proven track record in supporting or leading organizational change efforts.
- Direct experience participating in or facilitating patient safety reviews, including incident investigations, root cause analyses, or case evaluations.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a clinical or health sciences field, including but not limited to nursing or pharmacy.
- Background in quality and safety programs related to HEDIS, NCQA, CMS regulations, patient experience metrics, or patient safety frameworks.
- Hold current CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety) certification.
- Prior experience serving pediatric populations or working within value-based care models.
