Allegheny Health Network is looking for a Patient Host or Hostess (SEIU - D) to ensure patients receive appropriate nutrition. You will be the primary point of contact for patient meal selection, working directly with patients and clinical dietary orders.
What You'll Do
- Interact with patients to collect appropriate food selections.
- Edit and enter patient selections into the computer system, verifying proper dietetic physician orders.
- Utilize proper food handling and food storage techniques when assembling trays and receiving, rotating, and storing food.
- Deliver and retrieve food carts, ensuring trays are delivered according to the scheduled delivery timeline.
- Maintain and assemble floor stock.

- 1 year of food and nutrition experience.
