Mochi Health is hiring a Patient Conversion Specialist to serve as the crucial link between patients and our telehealth services. You will ensure patients receive the necessary care and support by directly answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with prescription refills.
What You'll Do
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide clear, accurate, and timely information.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage inbound messaging and assist with refill cases.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to resolve patient issues.
- Accept performance monitoring and feedback to ensure consistent quality of work.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding English language skills.
- Comfortable assisting patients via both phone and email.
- A headset is required for this role.
- Ability to maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Available to work the specified shift schedule.
Nice to Have
- Prior telehealth call center experience.
- Spanish fluency.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $5.00 per hour.
