Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and assess academic programs to meet institutional goals and educational benchmarks.
- Create and revise course content to reflect up-to-date industry practices and evolving healthcare standards.
- Hire, train, and oversee instructional staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver effective learning experiences.
- Support student success by addressing academic progress and career readiness needs.
- Maintain compliance with accreditation bodies and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- Develop partnerships with healthcare organizations to keep curriculum relevant and support graduate employment.
- Evaluate program performance using feedback from students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee budget planning and financial stewardship to advance program objectives.
- Engage in ongoing professional learning to stay informed about advancements in education and healthcare training.
- Guide and mentor team members, promoting a supportive and engaged workplace culture through regular meetings.
- Lead with empathy and integrity, encouraging wellness, inclusion, accountability, and values-driven leadership.
- Complete additional tasks as required by leadership.
