MD Anderson Cancer Center is hiring a Patient Care Technician for the G17- Stem Cell Transplantation & Cellular Therapy unit. In this role, you will provide direct patient care services under the supervision of a registered nurse, directly impacting patient comfort and care outcomes. Your schedule will consist of three 12-hour shifts per week (7am-7pm and/or 7pm-7am), with rotating weekends and holidays required.

What You'll Do

• Act as a member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs.
• Assist in the completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admission/discharge processes, and obtaining vital signs.
• Update and retrieve patient information.
• Ensure the patient environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
• Act as part of an assigned care team.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice to Have

• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant upon hire

• Compensation: Hourly: $16.59 - $20.72 - $24.76. Annual: $38,000 - $47,500 - $57,000.
