KPMG is hiring a Deputy Manager

KPMG is looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of Blackwood House Residential Care Home. As part of our not-for-profit organisation, you'll help lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality care with dignity and respect, enriching the lives of our residents.

What You'll Do

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Take an active role in social and leisure activities that enrich daily life.
• Help shape a kind, positive, and supportive culture across the home.

What We're Looking For

• Clinical experience in a nursing setting.
• A supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others.
• A warm, approachable nature and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment.

Nice to Have

• A full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Home Manager, working collaboratively within the care home team.

• Salary: £40,144 per annum.
• 33 days’ annual leave pro rata (rising to 38, including bank holidays).
