Community Health Network was looking for a Patient Care Tech

At Community Health Network, a network created by our neighbors for our neighbors, we are looking for a Senior Patient Care Technician. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, performing direct patient care and related support services while collaborating with team members to provide exceptional care.

What You'll Do

  • Perform direct patient care such as bathing, assisting with elimination, bed making, and taking vital signs.
  • Transport patients and patient-related materials in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Greet and orient patients to the patient care area.
  • Perform meal service and feeding assistance functions.
  • Provide additional select care to patients as directed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to perform other services as directed.

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to use a computer for documentation and work related purposes.
  • Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Three (3) months of Clinical Experience or a CNA license OR current enrollment in Nursing school.
  • Must be able to lift.
  • Must be available for one week of full-time training.

Team & Environment

Works under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
