At Community Health Network, a network created by our neighbors for our neighbors, we are looking for a Senior Patient Care Technician. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, performing direct patient care and related support services while collaborating with team members to provide exceptional care.
What You'll Do
- Perform direct patient care such as bathing, assisting with elimination, bed making, and taking vital signs.
- Transport patients and patient-related materials in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Greet and orient patients to the patient care area.
- Perform meal service and feeding assistance functions.
- Provide additional select care to patients as directed.
- Collaborate with other team members to perform other services as directed.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to use a computer for documentation and work related purposes.
- Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Three (3) months of Clinical Experience or a CNA license OR current enrollment in Nursing school.
- Must be able to lift.
- Must be available for one week of full-time training.
