What You'll Do
Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with accuracy and empathy. Schedule appointments efficiently while maintaining up-to-date records and supporting seamless care coordination. Handle a range of administrative responsibilities that contribute to the overall function of a medical practice, all while prioritizing patient satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years in customer-facing service roles
- One year of experience working with health insurance, medical records, scheduling systems, or third-party payers
- Familiarity with medical terminology and registration processes
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher, which may substitute for required experience
- Experience in cardiology or related clinical environment
