Orthofix US LLC is looking for a Patient Care Specialist, Bone Growth Therapies - Spine to provide direct support to Territory Managers and Distributors in the Des Moines and Iowa City area. You will focus on patient education, device in-services, and facilitating the order process for Orthofix stimulation products.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct, personal, and timely service representing Orthofix in a professional manner.
- Assist with patient fittings for Orthofix stimulation products.
- Conduct educational meetings with patients and staff regarding the benefits of Orthofix stimulation products.
- Discuss the explanation of benefits and patient financial responsibilities.
- Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
- Field patient phone calls.
- Collect and submit HIPAA-covered information related to orders.
- Accurately maintain a monthly fitter log detailing patient fit, date, time, serial number, and device type.
What We're Looking For
- Must live in Des Moines or Iowa City, IA.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to present to individuals or larger groups.
- Ability to lift and transport products (20-30 lbs) repetitively.
- Travel required within territory by car approximately 90%.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Regular attendance is essential and required.
Team & Environment
You will assist direct Orthofix Territory Managers and Orthofix Distributors.

This is a local-city role based in Des Moines, IA and Iowa City, IA.
