Requirements
- leadership, vision and direction across the school, with a particular focus on behaviour, personal development and welfare
- drive high-quality, compliant education provision that improves sustainable outcomes for marginalised young people
- oversee a holistic, person-centred approach to each learner’s journey, building strong relationships with young people and families through individual sessions, group work and multi-agency collaboration
- contribute to the design of an innovative SEMH / Pastoral focused curriculum, promoting high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and support continuous school improvement
- ensure all safeguarding and child protection procedures are fully embedded and compliant with statutory guidance
- line manage Keyworkers on our Cloud22 provision, support staff development, monitor performance data, and contribute to quality assurance and Ofsted readiness
- support the safe and effective running of the remote provision, ensuring compliance with Independent School Standards, health and safety, safety online requirements and operational policies
