DOF Subsea Atlantic is hiring a Party Chief/Senior Surveyor for a key offshore role. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality survey work using state-of-the-art technology, managing a professional survey team, and ensuring smooth project operations.
What You'll Do
- Operate state-of-the-art survey equipment to collect, analyze, and record data to the highest standards.
- Prepare, use, and maintain all relevant survey logs, documentation, and reports.
- Monitor real-time displays and examine calibration, data plots, charts, and maps.
- Manage and run a professional survey team offshore to ensure the highest standard of project deliverable.
- Work alongside survey personnel onshore and offshore, ROV crew, Shift Supervisors, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Focus on safety, report and follow up deficiencies, damaged equipment, safety hazards, or incidents using appropriate systems.
- Keep survey-related equipment in excellent working condition.
- Report key findings to senior team members, identify issues, and actively contribute to solutions.
- Get hands-on with the latest survey technology and contribute to the development of new systems in renewable energy and offshore decommissioning.
- Contribute to DOF's commitment to sustainability and innovation in renewable energy.
- Provide input and suggestions for improvements in team performance and operations.
