Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing partnerships team by establishing clear objectives, coaching on commercial and analytical capabilities, and upholding strong operational standards.
- Improve agency fulfillment results using data insights to make allocation decisions, remove underperforming partners, rebalance supply, identify supply shortages, manage KPIs, lead quarterly business reviews, and enforce partner accountability on fill rates, quality, and service delivery.
- Design and maintain intelligent, AI-powered team workflows by automating tasks, streamlining reporting, and optimizing processes to reduce manual effort and equip the team with efficient tools, dashboards, and operating rhythms.
- Develop the supplier strategy for agency partnerships, determining when to engage national providers, integrate local agencies, or discontinue relationships with low performers.
- Generate and share insights from the agency network to support client discussions, enabling revenue teams to position the service as a superior, well-managed talent supply solution.
- Take ownership of agency performance results and collaborate with Revenue on client strategy, Product on efficiency improvements, and Operations on execution.
- Manage rate card negotiations and commercial terms across all agency partners, refining pricing models to maximize value and competitiveness.
- Recruit new agency partners and personally present the MSP value proposition to senior agency executives when necessary.
- Identify functional gaps such as staffing needs, non-scalable processes, or required product enhancements that impact agency performance within the network.
