Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Partnerships Sales Development Representative to join a fast-paced environment transforming healthcare operations. You’ll be on the frontlines, generating new business across healthcare organizations from small clinics to large systems by driving awareness and interest in innovative revenue cycle solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with private practices, physician groups, and healthcare systems.
- Drive pipeline growth by qualifying prospects and scheduling demos with high-value decision-makers.
- Effectively position innovative revenue cycle and healthcare automation solutions to match business needs.
- Manage objections with confidence and work collaboratively with the broader sales and support teams.
- Travel 25–30% to attend conferences, client meetings, and regional trips as needed.
- Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare technology landscape and client pain points.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in a sales or SDR role.
- Experience working with quotas and commission-based compensation models.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders (CEOs, MDs, RNs, etc.).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in fast-changing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive deals forward and consistently exceed sales targets.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Prior success in healthcare sales and prospecting into new markets.
