What You’ll Do
- Source and onboard new partners in the private equity and venture capital sectors
- Develop long-term relationships with investment and operating teams to create shared value
- Design and refine scalable processes for partner onboarding, co-marketing, and referrals
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals
- Lead joint go-to-market efforts that accelerate customer acquisition
- Track performance metrics and report on pipeline impact and business outcomes
- Experiment with new partnership models and incentive structures to fuel growth
What We’re Looking For
You have 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales within SaaS, fintech, banking, or investment banking. A background in consulting and a drive to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are strong pluses.
