You'll be the catalyst for growing our fundraising platform's reach among nonprofit organizations. Accountabilities:

  • Design and execute a channel strategy precisely targeted to our growth market segments and geographies.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and support reseller partners with serious potential who align with our expansion vision.
  • Create comprehensive partner enablement frameworks covering training, support, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Serve as the primary strategic and operational point of contact for our reseller network.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop localized campaigns and region-specific materials.
  • Partner with Product and Legal teams to ensure market compliance and feature alignment.
  • Track performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews to continuously optimize growth.
  • Represent the company at external partner meetings and events to champion our reseller program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of channel or reseller partnership management experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Deep understanding of reseller business models and revenue-sharing structures.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills that bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with partner relationship management platforms like PartnerStack or Partner Fleet.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required; bonus points for nonprofit tech experience.
  • English fluency essential; additional language skills are a major plus.

  • OTE: $117,000–$144,000 (Base Salary: $99,450 - $122,400)
