RevenueCat is looking for a Partnerships Manager to scale our partner ecosystem, including technology partners, app development and growth agencies, and resellers. You will own our Agency Partner Program, support regional partners, and drive key partnership initiatives to expand RevenueCat's reach and support developers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of our Agency Partner Program, evolving it into a thriving, repeatable engine for growth.
- Support regional Agency and Reseller Partners in key markets across Europe and Asia.
- Lead key partnership initiatives, including those with low-code and AI-native app builders, co-selling motions, and relationships with Apple and Google.
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships essential for RevenueCat’s future growth.
- Scale our partner enablement and education offerings so partners can effectively advocate for our product.
- Build scalable workflows for recruiting, managing, and reporting on partners to improve team operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience, including building and scaling a successful partner program.
- Passion for partnerships as a core growth lever.
- Comfort owning and assisting initiatives, equally happy leading or supporting.
- Scrappy, self-directed, and thrives in fast-changing environments with minimal hand-holding.
- Can speak the language of engineers and navigate APIs, SDKs, and integrations.
- Gets excited about shifting priorities and fast-evolving product and strategy.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the mobile app ecosystem or working with multiple partner types like agencies, tech partners, resellers, or affiliates.
- Experience in an early-stage tech company or leading new initiatives independently in a larger organization.
- Comfort working as part of a fully remote team in an asynchronous environment using tools like Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience with PartnerStack and Salesforce.
- A quirky side is optional but welcome.
Team & Environment
You will join a remote-first crew of 100+, reporting directly to the Senior Partnerships Lead, Matt. You’ll collaborate closely with individuals across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
