Requirements
- Experience in residential energy industry
- Strong commercial mindset with proven experience developing and maximising B2B commercial partnerships - working with a major partner, e.g. OVO Energy.
- Proven track record of coaching and leading small but high-performing business development teams focused on user growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work with Tech/Product teams - shaping requirements, influencing prioritisation, and helping deliver product improvements.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of a P&L sheet
Nice to Have
- A passion for improving the lettings process and making renting easier for all parties
- Exceptional knowledge of the end-to-end lettings journey, especially the Move-in and Move-out process.
- Supported or influenced a product roadmap

Additional Information
- 3 days per month in London office to coincide with full team onsites (travel and accommodation paid)
