Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical workflows for handling integration-related bugs, feature requests, and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot connectivity problems with external systems including property management platforms, online travel agencies, channel managers, and embedded clients, engaging their engineering teams when needed.
- Analyze failures in API communications, webhook deliveries, data processing pipelines, and synchronization mechanisms.
- Address technical issues independently when feasible; otherwise, escalate with detailed reproduction steps and cross-platform context.
- Develop internal tools, diagnostic utilities, and dashboards to accelerate troubleshooting for partner-related incidents.
- Document standardized procedures and response guides for recurring integration failure scenarios.
- Enhance monitoring systems, alerting rules, and visibility into services that interact with external partners.
- Assist in the deployment and technical rollout of new integrations, embedded solutions, or platform updates.
- Act as the main technical contact for designated high-priority external partners.
- Detect patterns indicating systemic weaknesses and recommend engineering changes to improve stability.
- Represent partner needs and pain points within product and engineering discussions.
